KESARIYA RAS MALAI AND ANGUR RABDI

Kesariya Ras Malai/Angur Rabdi is a sweet dish found in the Indian subcontinent consisting of sugary, cream to yellow-colored balls soaked in sweetened, thickened, creamy milk. The milk is flavoured with pistachios, saffron, and rosewater. Ras Malai originated somewhere in the coastal parts of the Indian state of Orissa but got popularity through people of Bengal, sometimes shown as Rassmalai.

The difference between Kesariya Ras Malai & Angur Rabdi is shape of cream to yellow colored balls. Kesariya Ras Malai has round-flat balls where as Angur Rabdi has round shape.

We prepare Kesariya Ras Malai/Angur Rabdi from pasteurised full cream milk, channa balls from pasteurised cow milk, finest quality sugar, pure saffron, and food grade colour. For packing of Kesariya Ras Malai, we use food grade plastic container so that its original taste can be preserved for a longer time.

Both Begali Sweet taste best when they are served chilled.
